Squat Wedge Blocks in EVA Foam, 12 by 9 by 3 cm, Pair

A pair of small triangular foam wedges that raise the heels or the toes and change the angle a joint works through. Stand on them for squats and calf raises, slide one under a hand for push-ups, or use them as a prop to open up a stretch.

• Size: 12 x 9 x 3 cm each
• Material: EVA foam - light, firm and resistant to deformation
• Sold as a pair, so both sides of the body can be set at the same angle
• Triangular slant with a flat top surface
• Odour-free and easy to wipe down

They are small enough to live in a gym bag or on a shelf under the mat, and they double as a yoga block substitute for posture work, a platform under a bar, or a ramp for stretching.
