Track Your Order
Every Afootincoldwater parcel travels with a tracking number. It is emailed to you the moment the parcel is handed over, which is usually within 0-1 business days of your order, and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
What happens, in order
- Order confirmation. Sent straight after checkout, carrying your order number.
- Shipping confirmation. Sent when the parcel goes to the carrier, carrying the tracking number.
- Carrier updates. The carrier scans the parcel at each stage until it reaches your door.
If nothing is moving
The first scan can take up to 24 hours to appear, so a number that shows nothing on the first evening is normal. If several days pass with no update, or the parcel is marked delivered and is not with you, email support@afootincoldwater.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
