Paying for an order should take a minute and hold no surprises. This page sets out what we accept, who handles the transaction and what you are charged.

The options available to you are the ones displayed at checkout. If a method is not listed there, it is not available on your order.

How your payment is protected

Checkout is encrypted end to end with SSL/TLS, and the transaction itself is processed by Shopify Payments, which operates to PCI-DSS standards. Your full card number never reaches our servers and is not stored by us at any point.

Prices, tax and what you are charged

All prices on this site are shown in US Dollars (USD). The total you pay, including the product price and any applicable sales tax, is displayed in full before you confirm the order. There are no hidden fees, no handling charges and no surcharges added afterwards. Your card is authorised and charged when the order is confirmed at checkout, and a confirmation email follows within a few minutes.

If your payment will not go through

• Check that the billing address and card details match what your bank holds.
• Make sure the card has sufficient funds or credit available.
• Look for a block or a limit set by your bank or card issuer, particularly on a first order.
• Try one of the other methods listed above.

If it still fails, your bank will be able to say why. We can only see that an attempt was declined, never the reason.
