Multi-Grip Doorway Pull-Up Bar with 12 Hand Positions, 300 lb Rated

A doorway bar with twelve grip positions instead of one, so wide grip, close grip, hammer and standard pull-ups all come off the same piece of steel. It also works upside down on the floor as a push-up handle, and hanging leg raises need nothing else.

• 12 grip positions across the frame
• Fits most interior residential doorways - the upper bar presses against the door trim and tension holds it in place
• Extra-thick foam padding on the handles, so grip survives a sweaty set
• Rated to support up to 300 lbs

It takes no floor space, which matters in a flat or a spare room. Check the trim it bears against before every session and make sure the bar is seated squarely on both sides.
