High-Density Foam Yoga Block, Non-Slip, 23 x 15 x 7.5 cm

A firm foam block for the moments in a stretch where the floor is simply too far away. Rested on any of its three faces it gives a different height, so the same block serves a standing forward fold, a seated twist and a supported bridge.

• 23 x 15 x 7.5 cm, three working heights
• High-density EVA foam that resists compressing under body weight
• Textured non-slip surface that holds on a mat or a bare floor
• Bevelled edges, comfortable to grip with a hand or brace against a shin

Light enough to carry to a class and to keep two of them within reach at home. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry away from direct heat.
