Adjustable Speed Jump Rope with 6 mm PVC Cord and Non-Kink Handles

A skipping rope built for repetition rather than a single session. The cord is 6 mm PVC, twenty percent heavier than a thin speed cable, which makes it easier to feel through a turn and gives more resistance per rotation. It does not kink and it does not curl on the floor between rounds.

• Rope length: 10.7 ft, adjustable down to your height
• Rope weight: around 110 g (3.5-3.9 oz), depending on how short you cut it
• Handle length: 5.5 inches
• Handle weight: 0.88 oz each
• Cord: 6 mm PVC, non-kinking

Set it for boxing rounds, cardio intervals, double-unders or crossovers, indoors on a gym floor or outdoors on concrete.
